• Your registration will be valid when payment is received in full by the Organiser.
• Online registration ends on 8 November 2026 (04:00pm, GMT 8).
• No replacements will be accepted. Name changes are only possible during the early bird period. Name changes are only allowed to the same registration category. Name changes can be requested via email by the registration owner to info@aoscongress.com. Each name change will cost SGD 80.00.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the conference or any part thereof without prior notice in the event of acts of God, fire, acts of the government, terrorism, war, a pandemic or any other events beyond the control of the Organiser.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry should the participant fail to produce required documents or does not comply with the rules and regulations set forward by the Organiser.

Most international visitors can enter Singapore visa-free for short stays. However, passport holders from certain countries are required to obtain a visa prior to travel. Please refer to the visa requirements published by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to confirm your status.

If you require a Visa Invitation Letter to support your visa application, APOC 2026 can provide this upon the successful completion of your registration and receipt of your confirmation email.
