Is there a dress code to attend the conference and exhibition?
Yes, APOC is a professional conference and trade exhibition. We enforce a dress code, where all attendees must be appropriately dress in business attire and covered shoes. Bermudas, shorts and slippers are not allowed.
Is there free Wi-Fi during APOC 2026?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Sands Expo and Convention Centre. Attendees may connect to the available Wi-Fi hotspots within the venue.
Are nursing room facilities available at APOC 2026?
Yes. Family Rooms with nursing facilities are available within Marina Bay Sands.
The nearest Family Room is located at Level 1 (Bay Level) of The Shoppes, next to Ralph’s Coffee (Store L1-71).

Are there any money changers near the Sands Expo and Convention Centre?
There are 2 money changer outlets within Marina Bay Sands Mall (The Shoppes). They are located at store number L1-06 (Bay Level) and store number B1-03 (Coach Bay).
Can I bring my children along with me to the conference and/or exhibition hall?
No. For safety reasons, minors below 18 years old are not permitted to enter the conference or exhibition halls.
APOC is strictly open to trade and professional visitors only.
Can I participate digitally, if I do not feel well or cannot attend APOC 2026 for other reasons?
No. APOC 2026 does not offer a digital or hybrid participation option.
Please also note that, in accordance with the Registration Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.

Group registration discounts are available for Conference Delegates attending the Scientific Programme:

Can I register only for the limited attendance workshop, forums or social events?
No. Only registered Scientific Conference Delegates may register for limited-attendance workshops, forums or social events.
If I have registered earlier but could not turn up for the conference, can I pass my conference pass to my friend?
Name changes are possible during the early bird period only.
A name change fee of SGD $80.00 applies per request.
The replacement delegate must be registered under the same ticket category.
Requests must be submitted by the original registrant via email to info@aoscongress.com.
When does the online registration close?
Online registration will close on 8 November 2026 (1600 hrs, GMT+8).
Are meals provided with the registration?
Lunch is provided during congress days for scientific conference delegates only.
Can I just attend the exhibition?
Yes. Admission to the trade exhibition is complimentary for visitors who register online in advance. Please note that onsite registration is not available. All visitors must complete online registration prior to arrival.

Will CPE points be awarded if I sign up for the conference?
Yes, up to 20 Continuing Professional Education Points (CPE Points) will be awarded for APOC 2026.
When will my full set of CPE points be issued?
For local delegates, please allow up to 1 month for the association to upload your CPE report to the Singapore Dental Council (SDC) for the Scientific Conference. There is no need for you to submit any documentation.
For international delegates, please allow up to 1 month for the organisers to prepare the certificate of attendance.
Do I need a visa to enter Singapore?
Please refer to the visa requirements published by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to check if you require a visa and to find detailed application instructions.
Visa invitation letters will be issued only after full payment and confirmation of registration as a conference delegate and/or trade visitor is made. Applicants are strongly advised to apply early.
